1. Information you provide

If you create an account, contact us, save favorites, or use the tracker, we may process information you submit such as your email address, account preferences, support messages, and the prop-account records you choose to enter. Do not enter brokerage passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other information the product does not request.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this information to operate the service, prevent abuse, understand product usage, and improve reliability.

3. Google advertising and cookies

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to PropMinMax or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads where permitted.

4. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, email delivery, analytics, security, and advertising. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations. PropMinMax currently uses Supabase for authentication and application data and Netlify for hosting and delivery.

5. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. When you follow one, the destination or affiliate network may receive a referral identifier and technical information needed to attribute the visit or purchase. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and security limitations. You can control cookies through your browser and any consent controls we provide. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in, saved preferences, analytics, or advertising.

8. Children

PropMinMax is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
