Terms of Use
1. Educational and comparison service
PropMinMax provides educational material, comparison tools, modeled scenarios, and account-tracking features. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Rankings and estimates are decision aids, not recommendations or promises of performance.
2. No guarantee of accuracy or availability
Prop-firm prices, rules, discounts, payout terms, and availability can change without notice. We work to keep information current but cannot guarantee that every record is complete, accurate, or current. Verify all material terms directly with the firm before purchasing, trading, or requesting a payout.
3. Modeled values
Payout-to-cost ratios, monthly capacity, payout difficulty, scores, breakpoints, and stack projections rely on published data and stated assumptions. They do not account for your skill, pass probability, account survival, execution costs, payout approval, tax, or a firm’s future conduct. They are not earnings forecasts or investment returns.
4. Trading and prop-firm risk
Trading can result in substantial loss. Evaluation fees, resets, activation charges, platform fees, and funded accounts can be lost. Firms may modify rules, deny activity that violates their agreements, move accounts to live trading, limit payouts, or cease operations. You are responsible for understanding these risks.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape at a harmful rate, submit false information, or use the site to violate another party’s rights or applicable law.
6. User-entered data
You retain responsibility for information you enter into the tracker or send through forms. You grant us the limited right to process that information to operate and improve the service. Do not submit confidential firm information or personal data belonging to another person without authorization.
7. Affiliate relationships
PropMinMax may receive compensation when you use certain links or discount codes. This does not increase your price unless the destination discloses otherwise. Affiliate relationships do not buy ranking placement or change our scoring inputs.
8. Intellectual property
The PropMinMax name, design, original writing, scoring presentation, and site software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, and materials belong to their respective owners. Limited personal use of the site does not transfer ownership.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for trading losses, evaluation costs, denied payouts, firm failures, decisions based on site content, or indirect and consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent through the contact form.
